Despite the cooler weather, the wildflower's in the 'meadow'
having still been blooming beautifully!!
Just like when I was a kid,
I was inspired by the pretty colours and the blowy grasses
to pick a bouquet for my Mom
(since I was going for a visit this week)
I took a few shots before delivering them...
for Bonnie's Photo Art Friday and LeAnne's Flower Art Friday
and applied a variety of textures
Textures 'Heartache', 'Rose Dust' & 'Never Seen Before' by Bonnie at Pixel Dust Photo Art |
Texture 'Vintage Vellum' by Bonnie at Pixel Dust Photo Art |
Textures 'Starburst' by Bonnie at Pixel Dust Photo Art and 'Jennifer' by Nancy Claeys at A Rural Journal |
I found a lovely orange flower with a stem of seeds still attached
that I saved to adorn my own Thanksgiving table!
Both photos have been processed with the texture 'Solstice' by Ruth West
More of these orange beauties here and here |
I love how the different textures can make similar photos look so very different!!
